Bisnis, JAKARTA — As the end of 2023 approaches, corporations are lining up in the capital market to issue debt securities as a strategic move to address refinancing requirements and fulfill working capital needs.
The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) has reported that several companies are gearing up to raise funds through debt securities. Based on IDX data as of Friday (17/11), a diverse range of sectors, with finance leading in terms of the number of companies, are planning to raise funds through the issuance of bonds and sukuk. Various issuers have publicly disclosed their fundraising plans, totaling IDR 4.59 trillion.
The subsidiary issuer of the state-owned company PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. (ADCP) has announced plans to issue the Bond III Adhi Commuter Properti in 2023, with a principal amount totaling IDR 499.9 billion.
